Boat Pico is latched in ESTOP — it is refusing every throttle
command. Press CLEAR E-STOP in Commands before the motors will run.

⚙ MOTOR TRIM
PER-MOTOR SOFTWARE GAIN
Two different-Kv motors give unequal thrust at equal command, so the boat crabs. Lower the
faster motor's gain until it tracks straight (1.00 = no trim). The heading loop nulls the rest.
ESC FIRMWARE SETTINGS (AM32)
Bi-directional, telemetry, low-voltage cutoff and drivetrain tuning live on the ESC itself —
read and change them from the dashboard.
The editor above changes settings over the Pi's UART. To flash new AM32
firmware you still need am32.ca: this hands an ESC's signal line to the Pico's
USB bridge (stops the boat, drops the link), then open am32.ca in Chromium on
the Pi. Hardware-only. See docs/esc_passthrough.md. Props off, out of the water.
